Cutting instructions
Once your animal is scheduled for processing, Eric will send you a cutting instructions sheet. Specify steak thickness, roast sizes, ground beef ratio, your beef, cut the way you actually use it.

Pickup & final balance within 7 days
We'll be in touch to arrange pickup once processing is complete. Remaining balance due within 7 days of receiving your hanging weight confirmation by e-transfer.
