All our beef is grass-grown and grain-finished, sourced from local Alberta ranches we trust, raised antibiotic-free and hormone-free, dry-aged, and wrapped in butcher paper. A 50% deposit secures your spot. Balance due within 7 days of hanging weight confirmation. Buyer is responsible for pick up.
